What We Know So Far About The 2025 Jeep Wrangler

The Jeep Wrangler is a legendary SUV and the 2025 model promises to carry the torch. Now in its fourth generation, this off-road warrior is set to get some impressive upgrades.

While Jeep hasn’t released a ton of information about the 2025 Wrangler yet, we do have some exciting info to share. Read on to learn more about what we know so far and what we can expect from the 2025 Jeep Wrangler. And follow along with us at Santee CDJR for all your Jeep Wrangler updates! 

What We Know So Far 

As we mentioned, the full list of the 2025 Wrangler’s features hasn’t been made public yet. Still, we expect it to retain its powerful and reliable 3.6-liter V6 engine. This engine provides 285 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque. You’ll likely be able to upgrade to an engine like the 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder. We also expect the 2025 Wrangler to retain the standard six-speed manual transmission and part-time, shift-on-the-fly four-wheel-drive (4X4). 

The 4xe plug-in hybrid electric Jeep is expected to come with the same powertrain as 2024 models: a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder, an eight-speed automatic transmission, and two electric motors. This powertrain delivers 375 horsepower and 470 lb.-ft. of torque.

Safety has always been a focus in the Jeep Wrangler, so we can safely assume that the same safety features will carry over–and a few may be added! Current standard safety features include a hill-start assist and a rearview camera. Current models give you the option of adding additional features like adaptive cruise control, rear parking sensors, rear cross-traffic alert, forward collision warning, and more.
