This truck, which was first known as the Ramcharger, has been renamed the Ram 1500 REV — and it’s the truck we’re still waiting for.

What to Expect: Range, Performance & Specs

What will the all-new Ram 1500 REV offer drivers in Florence, Sumter, and beyond? We expect nothing short of extraordinary. As the world’s first-ever range-extended full-size electric pickup truck,¹ the Ram 1500 REV promises to deliver incredible performance and a best-in-class driving range.² 

So what’s the secret to this powerhouse? 

A combination of a liquid-cooled 92-kilowatt-hour battery pack, a 130-kilowatt generator, and a 3.6-liter Pentastar® V6 engine. This unique pickup truck will produce 647 total horsepower and 610 total torque, and, when properly equipped, will have the strength to tow up to 14,000 pounds, with a maximum payload capacity of 2,625 pounds. Not only that, this truck is notably quick, able to accelerate from zero to 60 miles per hour in only 4.5 seconds.

The Ram 1500 REV’s driving range is particularly impressive: 690 miles.³ In addition, you can choose from a variety of driving modes to customize performance, depending on your needs or preferences. These include Electric+ Mode, E-Save Mode, Eco Mode, eAWD Mode, and eSport Mode.

With features like the Digital Cluster Display, Uconnect® 5 system, and available Head-Up Display, staying in the know about your vehicle’s battery level, charging locations, and other info is simple. 

A 14.5-inch touchscreen is available for extra convenience, while a 10.25-inch passenger interactive display is available for your front-seat traveling companion to enjoy. Other convenience features include wireless charging pads, and an available 23-speaker Klipsch® Reference Premiere Audio System is offered in the Tungsten trim level for an outstanding listening experience.

Charging the 2026 Ram 1500 REV

You can charge your Ram 1500 REV at home or at a public charging location. Depending on your needs, you can use a Level 1 charger, an available Level 2 charger at 240 volts, or a Level 3 charger at 400 volts.
